Paul has over 20 years experience in the housing, support and care sectors. Between 2003 and 2008 Paul established and led one of the largest supported housing and care portfolios of any RSL in the UK. Paul now provides consultancy and interim management to public and non-profit organisations throughout the UK. His wide director-level experience within RSLs enables him to offer seasoned advice and practical help to clients seeking to add value to their enterprise. Paul has particular expertise in working with support and care providers to develop service improvements and meet regulatory requirements, and has recently helped several provider organisations with strategic reviews.
