Karen is an experienced senior manager within the supported housing sector and has worked for a variety of small voluntary agencies, large national housing associations and local authorities throughout her career. She has considerable experience in the delivery of organisational change and the implementation of solutions to complex situations within the sector. Karen has worked in a variety of consultancy roles ranging from Supporting People Lead Officer, Interim Director, Project Management to research and training.
Karen has particular expertise in operational and change management both for providers and local authorities as well as working with providers to deliver service improvements and meet regulatory requirements.
