Frank Curran

Director

Frank Curran is the Director of SP Solutions. Frank established the company in 2002. He has worked in the social care sector for more than twenty years and has considerable operational experience, including several years as operations director of a large charity providing services to people with mental health problems.

Frank has extensive experience of commissioning and procurement of publicly funded services, including within the social care, housing related support, criminal justice and substance misuse sectors.

He has also led strategic reviews and/or system reconfigurations of criminal justice, housing, support and/or care services for twenty-five Local Authorities, including reviews of drug and alcohol, mental health, older people, learning disability, homelessness and offender rehabilitation services. He has acted as Lead Officer for six Supporting People programmes, managed a Drug and Alcohol Action Team and piloted Personal Budgets for a local authority as part of a broader Personalisation
programme

Frank is currently project managing the implementation of an innovative payments by results project to reduce
re-offending for London Borough of Lewisham in partnership with the Ministry of Justice
