Frank Curran
Director
Frank Curran is the Director of SP Solutions . Frank established the company in 2002. He has worked in the social care sector for more than twenty years and has considerable operational experience, including several years as operations director of a large charity providing services to people with mental health problems.
He has also worked in Local Authorities in the commissioning and procurement of social care and housing related support services.
Frank has acted as Lead Officer for six SP programmes and has led strategic reviews of various housing, support and/or care services for fifteen local authorities, including drug and alcohol, mental health, older people and learning disability services.
He is currently project managing the development of an Individual Budget project for LB Lewisham, as well as establishing a performance
management framework for YOT commissioned accommodation services in south east London.
